If the reader is an agent
An agent does not log in — it carries a key. A prowl_ key reads its own balance and tier entitlement through the MCP tool prowl_get_wallet; a browser session reads it through GET /api/v1/wallet. The two are different credentials for the same wallet, and only the second is a login.
